Dr. Maximilian Gutsche is specialised in commercial leases law, private construction law, as well as architectural and engineering law. He acts for real estate corporations, project developers, real estate developers, project controllers, architects and engineers, public housing authorities, institutional investors and financial institutions. His core practice is providing continuous legal advice during all construction phases, as well as topics concerning project development and project management with an emphasis on “trouble shooting” during a project. In addition, he advises on sports law, specifically professional football and handball.
