- Advice to the shareholders of a logistics company (commercial ship owner, operating 130 seagoing vessels) who sold 40% of their shares to a strategic partner
- Structuring and advising on a “Master KG” project whereby the ownership in several ships was swapped with the shareholding in the “Master KG” in order to restructure the ship financing
- Advice on the implementation of a continuation-in-business concept for ten shipping companies, inter alia involving the redemption of the current single loans through the issuance of a fleet financing loan, and the formation of a mutual security agreement between several ship-owning companies
