Thomas Hertl appointed to the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee of the INTA

We are pleased to announce that our partner Thomas Hertl was recently elected to the Anti Counterfeiting Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA).

“This appointment is not only a great honour for me, but also an exciting opportunity to contribute my passion and expertise in combating product piracy on an international level,” states Thomas Hertl.

“Counterfeiting is a global challenge that not only threatens business and innovation, but can also jeopardise consumer safety.

On INTA’s Anti Counterfeiting Committee, I will work with other dedicated industry experts to develop innovative anti-counterfeiting strategies and share best practices.

Our goal is to support and help companies around the world to protect their trademark rights. I look forward to working with my colleagues on the Anti Counterfeiting Committee.
