Antitrust Law

Antitrust Law

We have gathered many years of practical experience in various areas of antitrust law. Our lawyers are highly professionally recognised through publications, lectures and seminars . This field of law is covered by two partners and three associates. Thus, we also are well-placed for large cases. From our locations in Frankfurt am Main and Berlin, we advise clients in Germany, Europe, North America and Asia. Our clients operate in various industries, such as aviation, logistics, consumer goods, trade, railroad, chemistry and construction. We are networking internationally and we co-operate with highly qualified specialists from other jurisdictions, if required.

State Aid Law

Our clients are public bodies and private sector companies. We advise public bodies, inter alia, in a state aid compliant provision of subsidies, in privatisation, and land sales. We support companies, inter alia, in receiving funding, protecting against unfair competition through unlawful funding of other companies, and in the handling of refund claims by the European Commission.

We represent our clients before German authorities and the EU Commission. We litigate before German courts and before the European Courts in Luxembourg.
