Traineeship
If you want to apply your knowledge in practice after your first state examination, you are in the right place. During your legal traineeship, you will get to know the entire spectrum of legal activities: you will work on national or international mandates as part of our team and in close contact with your personal mentor.
At the same time, you will deepen your specialist knowledge for your second exam in our legal traineeship program and prepare yourself specifically for the legal profession.
You will gain insights into very different fields of law and important internal firm processes. You will get to know your fellow trainees from our other offices: You will automatically expand your professional network during intensive career coaching and soft skills training, lawyer meetings, office events and, of course, while playing table football together or at afterwork events.
Research assistants
Research assistants are welcome to familiarise themselves with the work of a lawyer at ASD. You can apply and expand your already acquired specialist knowledge in practice, even during your training.
We consider you to be an important addition to our teams and will also use you to support our clients from the very beginning. For example, you will be involved in research and lectures, commercial law tasks and their solutions. In feedback sessions with your personal mentors, we will regularly show you your potential and professional perspectives.
