The ASD|REAL ESTATE team of ARNECKE SIBETH DABELSTEIN is one of the most experienced groups of experts in real estate law in Germany. With our lawyers and tax consultants and our international network of specialised partners we support leading clients from the real estate sector.
They include institutional investors, building contractors, industrial companies, project developers, public sector enterprises, architects, engineers, project managers, specialist planners and private parties. Our consulting is carried out in a spirit of partnership and characterised by our comprehensive understanding of economic and legal factors in the real estate sector.
Active and structured support for projects from their beginning through to project completion is one of our core competence areas. This process begins with the land development, continues with the award of contracts and implementation of the construction work, the management of property portfolios and also includes marketing and large transactions for real estate investment funds.
The size of our real estate team enables us to handle even complex and extensive projects in all areas of law and to meet the necessary deadlines. We work on inter-disciplinary principles. This applies not only to legal, technical, economic and tax considerations, but also to our cooperation with our other areas of law.
