Qualified legal support for energy projects requires expertise in many areas of law such as energy law, public law, building law, corporate and finance law, waterway and land transport law – and all of these areas both at the national and the international level. Our main competence area is renewable energy. We have the knowledge and experience that is needed for projects in on-shore and off-shore wind energy, solar energy, biomass, energy storage, sector coupling and the development of district solutions.
We advise project developers, energy suppliers, energy traders, energy service providers, component manufacturers and contractors. We also provide advice to lenders, investment companies, industry associations and the public sector. In this way we can support the whole life cycle of an energy project.
