Thomas Hertl will speak about “Protecting Creative Works IP in the Age of AI” a pressing topic as AI reshapes how creative work is generated, distributed, and reused, protecting intellectual property (IP) has never been more complex, or more urgent. In his session Thomas Hertl, will explore emerging legal risks, grey areas, and enforcement challenges facing creatives and design leaders. He will offer practical advice on safeguarding IP, authorship, and value in an AI-driven creative economy, where original ideas, unique styles, and credited human work can be copied, blurred, or reused by AI without permission, recognition, or fair value.
