Corona and employment law – important questions and practical information

The spread of the Corona virus is a particularly great challenge for employers. In a special report issued by the haulage consulting company DIE SPEDITIONS-BERATER, the lawyers Anne Nolde and Marei Nohlen provide an overview of the rights and duties of employers in connection with the Corona virus.

The authors begin by providing general information on topics which almost every employer has to deal with.

Then they illuminate the special details of “Home Office” (the quotation marks are explained more precisely in the special report) and short-time work and provide a preview of the period for which subsidised short-time work has been introduced.
