ARNECKE SIBETH DABELSTEIN comprehensively advised NeoCargo AG on its foundation and subsequent capital increase.

NeoCargo AG aims to develop digital solutions specifically for medium-sized companies in the transport industry. From the outset, medium-sized forwarding companies will be closely linked to the new company as investors and shareholders. In this way, the young company wants to ensure neutrality and a say for the industry.

The central goal of NeoCargo is to connect forwarders, providers of transport management systems and partner companies in a barrier-free way via a digital and independent interface.

The aim is to establish a neutral platform on which different digital systems are connected with each other, “almost like a mobile phone and apps”, explains Larissa Eger, Chief Sales Officer of NeoCargo AG.

The company also wants to integrate special digital offers for the industry, such as pallet service providers, factoring systems and ETA service providers. Even freight exchanges, such as Timocom, could be connected to the system.

The founders of NeoCargo AG are the board members Larissa Eger, Dr. Felix Brandt and DIGTRA GmbH, a subsidiary of E.L.V.I.S. Europäischer Ladungs-Verbund Internationaler Spediteure Aktiengesellschaft, represented by Jochen Eschborn.
